Shipments and returns

UK Orders

Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days within the UK and are dispatched the same day. We use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce for delivery depending on the size and value of the package and the expected speed of delivery. All packages are fully insured. Any UK orders over £30 are shipped free of charge, for information on any orders requiring shipping to anywhere outside of the UK please refer to the information below.

International Shipping Europe, US, Canada, Australia and Japan

All International orders are sent by Royal mail or Parcelforce. They are fully insured to Europe, US, Canada, Australia and Japan and we have a flat fee of £7.50.

International Shipping all other countries

All International orders are sent by Royal mail or Parcelforce. For the remaining countries not included above the shipments are not insured and are sent at your own risk.  We have a flat fee of £7.50

Returns

Easy Returns if you're not 100% satisfied

If a product is faulty on arrival or within 2 weeks we will replace it at no cost to you! Simply send us an email send the faulty item back (using a free postage label we'll provide), and we'll send you a brand new version!

If you wish to exchange an item for another of the same value we will send you the alternative upon safe receipt of the original item.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, we will refund you minus shipping costs. Provided the item is unopened and has not been used.

Orders shipped over 30 days ago cannot be returned.
